Privacy Policy

12 STEP TRIVIA is an independent comedy trivia game. It is not affiliated with, approved by, or endorsed by Alcoholics Anonymous World Services, Inc. or any 12-step fellowship.

Local gameplay data

The app has no player account and no developer-operated backend. Trivia answers, scores, streaks, settings, question history, daily-game history, and unfinished sessions remain in local app storage. The developer does not intentionally receive those gameplay records.

Reset Progress clears local trivia history. Deleting the app normally removes its local gameplay storage, subject to normal device backup and operating-system behavior.

Completely free version 1.0

Public version 1.0 is completely free. Today's Game, unlimited Keep Playing rounds, Daily Archive practice, Call Your Sponsor, My Inventory, streaks, history, and Settings require no payment.

No ads, purchases, analytics, or tracking

Version 1.0 contains no advertising, subscriptions, in-app purchases, paywall, purchase-management SDK, advertising SDK, or behavioral analytics SDK. It does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

Permissions

No microphone or recording permission; sounds are bundled local files.
No camera, contacts, photos, calendar, Bluetooth, notification, health, or precise-location permission.
Haptics require no personal-data permission.
No App Tracking Transparency usage description is configured.

Apple platform services

Apple distributes the app and may process App Store, device, diagnostic, crash, or support information under Apple's own terms and privacy practices. The app does not operate a separate developer service that receives gameplay records. See Apple's Privacy Policy.
